Our goal is to make initiating an order request more patient-centric and as a result more streamlined and intuitive for you to use.
As always, every enhancement we make is in direct response to feedback from you - real ProviderPortal users. With your help, we ensure the online experience is as user-friendly and efficient as possible.

Can't Find your health plan? Not all health plans may be visible when the selection box is first opened. Make sure to scroll within the selection box to see all the health plans available. If you still can't find the one you are looking for, please follow the link below for Web Customer Service.
Forgot your password? If you login through AIM's sign-on page Click Here and look for the "forgot your password" link above the login button. If you sign-on through the health plan's provider website, please go there and follow the instructions on their website.
