James J. Chow
Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
James Chow is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for AIM Specialty HealthSM (AIM). In this role, James is responsible for ensuring that the company's operational capabilities and performance meet the expectations of AIM's clients and that AIM's infrastructure is positioned to meet the evolving needs of the company's products and clients. James has held a number of leadership positions within AIM since joining the company in 2001, including serving as the company's Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2007.
James has a broad background of healthcare management experience. Prior to joining AIM, James was with North American Medical Management (NAMM). During his tenure at NAMM, James led the development of the company's Chicago operations. His responsibilities in this role included the management of the finance, reporting, claims and information technology areas. In 1998, James transferred to NAMM's corporate office in Nashville, TN to assist in regional and national level activities and initiatives.
James is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Business from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
